Department of Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering

This department offers a B.E. (Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering) programme. The department has excellent laboratory facilities such as Computer-based Process Control Lab with latest servers and nodes supported by MATLAB 5.3.1 with tool boxes (DSP, Image Processing, Control Systems, Neural Networks and Fuzzy Systems), and Virtual Instrumentation with Lab VIEW. In addition, the department has Transducers and a Measurements Lab. This department is introduced from the academic year 2004-2005. The intake of the department is 60 students every year.

Core and elective subjects are offered in frontier areas such as:

• Aircraft Instrumentation

• Microwave and Radar Instrumentation

• Bio-medical Instrumentation
