         - Organization of student’s seminars is by the faculty members pursue and inspire to come forward to give seminars to prepare the technical papers for presentation institutional seminars and conferences organized by this Institute as well as other institutes. Students also take part enthusiastically in such activities.

v    Mechanism/Norms & Procedure for democratic/good Governance

         - Regular meetings of the staff and administration with principal are organized to review the functioning of the institute. Most of the terms and conditions of functioning of the institute are governed by the decision taken in such meetings.

v      Student Feedback on Institutional Governance/faculty performance

         - Towards the end of each semester, feed back is taken from almost all the students. The feed back is regarding the academic and administration aspects in the form of questioner, pertaining each teacher and subject and such feed back is passed on to the concerned officers to improve their efficiency in functioning.

v      Grievance redressal mechanism for faculty, staff and students

         - The principal and class incharge of the faculty make themselves available in the respective rooms, atleast for half an hour beyond the working hours everyweek to hear to the problems of the students and staff. Necessary steps are taken to remove such deficiencies by discussing them in the meetings  with the staff and administration by the principal.
